FAQ
How will I receive the photos?
All of the files from your event will be uploaded to an online gallery within one week of your event. You will receive a PIN that allows you to download the web and high resolution digital files directly from this site. You can also share the gallery with guests so that they can post their photos too. I've found this method to be the most effective and efficient way to transfer files to my clients.
Where to sessions take place?
Sessions can take place outdoors, on-location (like your office or climbing gym), or in a natural light studio. I’m happy to suggest a location that matches your goals and vibe.
Can I use the photos for promo, merch, or sponsorships?
Yes! Your session includes commercial usage rights for personal and promotional use—think social media, websites, show posters, press kits, and sponsor decks. However, you may not sell or license the images to third parties (like brands, publications, or merch distributors) without written permission. If a brand wants to use the images commercially, please have them contact me directly to arrange licensing.
What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel confident and aligned with how you want to show up—whether that’s polished, approachable, or bold. I’ll send you a prep guide before your shoot with outfit tips based on your session type.
Can I bring a friend or teammate to the shoot?
Absolutely! Whether it’s moral support or part of a team shoot, you’re welcome to bring someone along. For Team Sessions, I’ll coordinate shots for individuals and the group.
How soon will I get my photos?
Final images are delivered within 5–7 business days. Need them faster? Add rush delivery and get them in 2 business days for $50.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes—your final selected images are lightly retouched (blemish removal, color correction, etc.) to keep you looking natural and polished.
I love them all and want more photos!
Additional photos can be purchased for $25 per Final Edit.
